Who am I?

Dietitian and nutritionist from South Tyrol

My interest in food and nutrition was sparked whilst I was still training in the catering industry. That is why I left my home in South Tyrol to study nutritional sciences at the University of Vienna. There, I was able to build up a very broad and sound body of specialist knowledge, particularly in the theoretical field.

However, in order to be able to offer nutritional therapies as a dietitian,
I went on to study at St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences.
 Through the further training course in ‘Applied Nutritional Therapy’ and the subsequent Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, I was able to acquire the nutritional medicine and practical skills that had previously been lacking.

To further develop my professional and therapeutic skills and gain practical experience, my journey took me to Carinthia. There, I worked for over two years as a dietitian at the Humanomed Centre in Althofen and, through numerous nutritional consultations and lectures, was able to gain considerable experience in a wide range of specialist areas.

I now draw on my clinical experience and my passion for cooking and food to provide you with the best possible care, whilst keeping any restrictions and the effort involved for you to a minimum.
