Who am I?
Dietitian and nutritionist from South Tyrol with a practice in 1060 Vienna
My interest in food and nutrition was sparked during my culinary training. That's why I left my home in South Tyrol to study nutritional science at the University of Vienna. There, I was able to develop a very broad and solid theoretical knowledge base.
However, in order to work as a dietician, I went on to study at the University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten.
In the advanced training course “Applied Nutritional Therapy” and the subsequent Bachelor's examination in Dietetics, I was able to acquire the nutritional medicine and practical skills that I had previously lacked.
To further my professional and therapeutic development and gain practical experience, my journey took me to Carinthia. There, I worked for over two years as a dietician at the Humanomed Center in Althofen, where I was able to gather considerable experience in various specialist areas through numerous nutritional consultations and lectures.
I would now like to use all these experiences and the knowledge gained from further training in the field of dietetics in my practice in Vienna to adapt the nutritional consultations and lectures to your needs and to deliver the best possible therapeutic outcome for you.
